A well-established general contractor clients in the Indianapolis area is currently looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to join their team. They’re seeking professionals with a background in commercial or multifamily construction.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Lead and coordinate teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and risk mitigation
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Ideally 4+ years of construction experience preferably in commercial or multifamily
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and project management practices
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
