As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our operations and support our outstanding team. Role Description The Practice Manager serves as the operational backbone of the practice, working closely with the physician owner to ensure smooth day‑to‑day function, staff cohesion, and an exceptional patient experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in building efficient, positive workplaces. Responsibilities Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations Manage, mentor, and support front and back office staff Handle patient escalations with professionalism and empathy Process payroll and manage HR functions including hiring and onboarding Coordinate with billing and insurance vendors Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and license renewals Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met Support financial reporting and expense management Serve as a liaison between staff and physician leadership Qualifications and Skills 2+ years of medical or dermatology practice management experience preferred Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in EHR systems and medical billing concepts Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Schedule Monday through Friday, in person Compensation Competitive, based on experience About Our Location Verum Cutis Dermatology is located in Leesburg, VA, in the heart of Loudoun County, Northern Virginia — offering an excellent quality of life, top‑rated schools, and easy access to Washington DC and Dulles International Airport.
