With support for banking, wealth, and insurance on one platform, Advisor360° enables the holistic, personalized financial advice that modern clients expect—and the operational independence that modern advisors demand.This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.As a Senior IT Specialist, you will provide a high level of proactive technical support to internal end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity.Here's What You'll Do:Respond to and resolve user-reported technical issues via ticketing system, chat, Slack, and phone in a timely and professional manner.Install and configure software, hardware, and peripheral devices.Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access control.Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.Conduct basic training sessions for users on IT tools and best practices.Assist others in the team to address issues.What You Bring to the Table:A team player with 7+ years of IT support experience, ideally in a fast paced environmentAbility to work with minimal supervision and provide appropriate support to less experienced members of the teamFamiliarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and basic networking concepts.Support new hire onboarding and IT orientationsIdeally Google Workspace and Slack administration experienceExperience with software deployment solutions such as JAMSCCM, and IntuneStrong customer service skills and effective communication.A strong "can do" attitude to complement problem-solving and analytical skills.Great troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Certificate) are a plus.Ability to lift 50 lbs.Success Metrics:Response and resolution timesUser satisfaction ratingsAccuracy and detail in documentationDepth of technical knowledgeWhy You'll Love Working Here:It's not just about work—it's about building a career and enjoying the ride!
