Marketing & Analytics Manager

Job Summary The Marketing & Analytics Manager will support digital performance reporting and data strategy across Discovery Land Company and its portfolio of private communities, while also supporting content generation and ongoing content updates across key digital channels. This role is responsible for building a centralized reporting structure for the company, with a strong emphasis on email marketing performance, while also driving insights across web, SEO, and social channels. The ideal candidate is analytically rigorous with a strong marketing instinct — someone who understands how data translates into brand storytelling, member engagement, and real estate performance, and who can apply those insights to inform and refine content across platforms. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees. Duties & Responsibilities Analytics & Reporting Strategy Email Marketing Performance (Primary Focus) Website & Google Analytics Social & Cross-Channel Analytics Strategic Insight & Optimization Skills & Qualifications 5–8+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or performance marketing Strong hands‑on experience with demonstrated experience analyzing email marketing performance at scale Experience supporting multi‑location or multi‑brand organizations preferred Strong understanding of luxury branding and storytelling Ability to translate complex data into clear, executive‑ready insights Excellent communication and presentation skills Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds. Flexibility and ability to pivot to new projects and desire to work in a fast‑paced environment.
