Head of Marketing

Job Summary


We're seeking a Growth Marketing Lead who has built their career around app-based platforms and is passionate about driving measurable outcomes. You'll own user acquisition and growth strategies across mobile and web channels with a data-first mindset. You've scaled mobile apps, increased traffic, and conversions, and deeply understand the interplay between product, marketing, and analytics.

Job Description

• - Lead and execute growth marketing strategies focused on increasing app downloads, user base, traffic and engagement.
• - Own multi-channel user acquisition and retention efforts including paid media, SEO, organic content email marketing, social and influencer campaigns.
• - Define and track key marketing KPIs, optimizing marketing activations continuously to maximize impact and ROI.
• - Run experiments and optimize onboarding, lifecycle, and re-engagement strategies through testing and analytics.
• - Align go-to-market messaging with product positioning and mobile first customer journeys.
• - Collaborate with product, design and engineering to improve app UX and funnel conversion.
• - Lead external agency management and marketing team scaling as the business grows.

Qualifications

• - 7+ years of marketing experience, including 3+years in growth or performance marketing for mobile-first/app-based platforms.
• - Demonstrated ability to bring entirely new products or categories to market and drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.
• - Deep experience across both brand storytelling and growth/performance marketing ? with a clear track record of driving measurable results.
• - Strong content instinct and copywriting skills, able to translate complex concepts into relatable language for everyday users.
• - Highly analytical with hands-on experience using data and experimentation to drive marketing decision across media channel and marketing tech tools (e.g, main media channels, analytic tools; GA, MMP,CRM tools, etc.)
• - Comfortable presenting ROI-driven outcomes and marketing data-informed decisions.
• Preferred Qualifications
• - Experience in fintech, especially with understanding of KYC processes and compliance
• - Background in STO/blockchain or music/media tech planforms
• - Startup experience scaling marketing teams from the ground up
• - Bilingual communication skills (Korean/English) is plus
