Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Scheduler to join our team. As a Medical Scheduler, you will play a vital role in scheduling medically-neccessary services including ABA, OT, PT, and Speech therapies. Responsibilities Schedule various services for clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Coordinate with staff and parents to ensure efficient communication and appointment scheduling Maintain accurate and up-to-date records Provide exceptional customer service to clients and families, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure proper scheduling and billing Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in medical scheduling and patient care Maintain a high-level of organization to esnure proper use of resources Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in healthcare administration, medical assisting, or a related field preferred 2 years of experience; training or certification in medical scheduling or a related field a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Work Environment Our offices are located in Colorado Springs, CO, and offer a supportive and inclusive work environment.
