Human Resources ManagerThe Human Resources Manager will oversee a broad range of HR operations while partnering with leadership on workforce and employee-related initiatives. This role will help guide employee relations, compliance, talent management, engagement, and process improvement while ensuring HR practices effectively support organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations, performance management, policies, and compliance initiativesAdvise leadership on staffing needs, workforce planning, employee matters, and effective HR practicesDevelop and support initiatives designed to strengthen employee engagement and workplace cultureStay current on employment regulations and help ensure organizational practices align with federal, state, and local requirementsIdentify opportunities to streamline HR procedures, systems, and workflowsSupport recruiting, new-hire integration, and employee retention initiativesProvide guidance on sensitive employee situations while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and professionalismQualifications:5+ years of progressive human resources experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management roleStrong knowledge of employment regulations, HR compliance, and general workforce practicesProven ability to advise leadership and handle complex employee situations with professionalism and sound judgmentExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretionProficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using HRIS platformsBachelor's degree requiredPHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plusAdditional Details: This contract assignment is expected to last approximately 3 months, with the potential for extension based on business needs.
