- Previous experience as a paraprofessional, instructional assistant, or related school-based support role

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance to students in special education and general education classrooms
- Help manage classroom routines, promote positive behaviors, and reinforce instructional content
- Adapt support as needed to accommodate different learning styles and developmental levels
