Ten full-time contract openings are available for the upcoming school year, beginning in August and continuing through the entire academic year, with options for ESY (Extended School Year) programs and renewal based on fit.

In these roles, you'll work directly at or near Phoenixville, PA, providing essential 1:1 support as a Paraprofessional. The available positions focus on helping students thrive—whether working with elementary-aged children (grades K-5) with emotional, behavioral, communication, or cognitive needs (seven roles), assisting secondary (grades 6-12) students dealing with emotional or behavioral challenges (two roles), or leveraging your medical background as a PCA (one role).

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience as a Paraprofessional or in a similar support position within a school or special education setting
• Ability to work effectively 1:1 with students, responding to individual academic, behavioral, and personal care needs
• Compassion, reliability, and a strong commitment to student well-being and growth
• For the PCA role: a medical background to address health-related student needs
• Team mindset and excellent communication skills to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students in adhering to academic plans under teacher direction
• Encourage positive behaviors and assist with emotional regulation strategies
• Assist with communication, mobility, and self-care as needed
• Monitor and document student progress and behaviors
