Founded by Dr. Amy Wechsler, one of the few physicians double board-certified in dermatology and psychiatry, and her daughter Zoe, Spotless makes expert acne care fast, effective, and stigma-free. Learn more about us at spotlessclinics.com. About the Role Spotless is looking for a Spot Associate who blends hospitality, operations, and patient care into one seamless experience. Think, the energy of a great fitness studio, boutique hotel front desk, or hospitality-driven restaurant — where the experience matters just as much as the service itself. But this role is more than front-of-house. As a Spot Associate, you’ll be working inside a fast-growing startup, learning the ins and outs of how a modern healthcare brand is built — from patient experience and operations to marketing and community growth. You’ll have a front-row seat to how a new category in skincare is created. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, anticipates needs before they arise, communicates clearly, and brings warmth to every interaction. You’ll be on your feet, in the energy, helping set the tone for every patient who walks through the door and delivering an experience people will remember and tell their friends about. We care deeply about the patient experience. The details matter here — from how someone is greeted to how they feel when they walk out the door. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in getting those details right. Responsibilities Create a welcoming environment for every patient who walks through the door. Greet patients warmly upon arrival and manage check-in Book, confirm, and manage patient appointments through Zenoti Coordinate with our clinical team to maintain smooth daily flow Manage cancellations, reschedules, and same-day adjustments Schedule follow-up visits and treatment plans Ensure every patient leaves feeling cared for and confident in their treatment Communication, Administration & Marketing Serve as a key communication hub for the clinic. Verify patient information and ensure all required forms are completed Answer patient questions about treatments, pricing, and policies Support communication between patients and clinicians Serve as a point of contact for patient communications across email, phone, and text Support local marketing initiatives including community outreach and events Assist with patient engagement and email communication Retail & Spot Operations Help keep the clinic running smoothly day-to-day. Check patients out at the end of their visit Process retail product sales Track skincare inventory and restock products Maintain an organized retail display Prepare the clinic each day by setting up the front desk and restocking supplies Ensure systems and spaces are ready for patient care What You Bring 2+ years of experience in hospitality, wellness, healthcare, retail, or service environments Passion for hospitality, empathy, and patient care Strong communication skills and attention to detail Confidence using scheduling and point-of-sale systems Comfort working in a fast-paced environment Interest in learning how a growing business operates Experience working in a startup or early-stage company is a plus. Working Conditions This is an in-person role based at our Lexington Avenue clinic. The work is active, team-based, and patient-facing.
