Looking for bilingual candidate to perform the following duties; greet patients (check in/out), answer telephones; take messages, schedule appointments, scan medical records, insurance benefit verification, filing and maintain paper flow throughout the office. Responsible for all medical authorizations and referrals needed for patient care.
Must posses good communication skills, work independently, have flexibility and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. We are willing to train.
Poses customer service, computer, clerical and filing experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Education: High School diploma, GED or equivalent education preferred.
