Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to evaluate clients’ symptoms and needs effectively.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, ensuring to incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting your approach to suit various client demographics and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies during acute episodes, offering immediate support to clients in distress and assisting them in developing coping mechanisms.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential client records, including detailed treatment progress notes and adherence to HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for all clients.

• Educate clients and families on mental health issues, treatment strategies, and available community resources, advocating for their needs and rights throughout the therapeutic process.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed of best practices and advancements in mental health therapy, participating in training sessions and workshops as required.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist in the forms of LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
