Whether it's volunteering locally or mentoring the next generation of CPAs, we show up-with expertise, empathy, and heart.The OpportunityBMSS Advisors & CPAs is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice, focused on financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. This is a high-impact, client-facing role supporting buy-side and sell-side engagements in the lower middle market.In this role, you will work directly with business owners, private equity sponsors, lenders, and deal teams to deliver Quality of Earnings analyses, working capital assessments, closing statement support, and financial due diligence reports that inform critical transaction decisions.Relationships are central to how we work.
