With 2,000+ leads per month , your earning potential is real and immediate. As a BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility is to engage with inbound and outbound leads, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless and professional experience for every customer. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, organized, and have strong communication skills.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and internet leads
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments
- Follow up with unsold and previous customers
- Keep CRM records accurate and organized
- Collaborate with sales to ensure appointment success
