Commercial Litigation Paralegal

To support a growing legal team, the full-time Commercial Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys with fact investigation, drafting pleadings, legal research, and trial preparation, with the flexibility to work remotely or from various office locations. Key responsibilities Assist attorneys in fact investigation, witness interviews, legal research, and document preparation Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, and trials, and attend as necessary Manage case files, including e-discovery database use and document analysis Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial litigation Experience with Relativity or document review software Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred Trial preparation and attendance experience Colorado and California litigation experience preferred
