What You Will Do
Sales Client Service: Educate individuals, families, and businesses on supplemental health and life coverage options while maintaining strong client relationships.
Leadership Team Building: Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new talent as you progress toward leadership.
Field Coaching Operations: Assist with agent training, monitor team performance goals, and contribute to day-to-day agency operations.
Professional Development: Attend daily strategy meetings, ongoing product training, and executive leadership workshops.
Qualifications
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to advance into leadership.
Coachable attitude and eagerness to learn a proven sales process.
Previous background in sales, customer service, athletics, hospitality, military, or management is a plus (not required).
Authorized to work in the United States with reliable transportation.
