Project Coordinator at Eaton Corporation Location: Chanhassen, MN or Tinton Falls, NJ (Hybrid‑Remote 2 days per week) Full‑time, Monday–Friday daylight hours. Eaton’s IS Filtration division seeks a Project Coordinator to support customers, distributors, and sales representatives by managing complex engineered project orders for filtration product lines. Salary Range: $83,250.00 – $122,100.00 per year, plus variable incentive program. What you’ll do: Handles all standard customer service responsibilities such as order entry, expediting, credits/RMA’s, proof of delivery, etc. Acts as the primary interface with the customer network of representatives and distributors in North America and globally with Europe and Asia, coordinating all aspects of orders between customer and manufacturing. Works closely with Technical Service and Engineering to facilitate drawing approvals for Engineered‑to‑Order products and keeps management aware of potential problems. Reviews orders upon receipt for compliance with quotation and standard terms and conditions; understands and administers all technical and commercial requirements. Immediately advises customer and representative of any conflict and initiates resolution. Attends departmental meetings with Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing to provide insight into priorities, prepares status reports for management, and elevates any potential issues to the immediate supervisor. Reviews production schedules covering all order phases with Engineering, Credit, and Manufacturing alongside the customer; ensures schedules stay on track and communicates potential delays. Schedules customer meetings during the initial order review, drawing approval, and manufacturing phases as needed. Advises the Technical Sales team when customer changes occur during the drawing approval process and assists in determining price adjustments. Submits Installation, Operation, and Maintenance manuals and quality documentation to stakeholders as required. Qualifications: Basic (Required) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and 3+ years of Account Management/Project Management experience OR HS Diploma/GED and 5+ years of Account Management/Project Management experience. Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future. No relocation benefit is being offered; only candidates within a 50‑mile radius of Chanhassen, MN / Tinton Falls, NJ (or active‑Duty military exempt) will be considered. Preferred Qualifications Experience utilizing Sales Force. Ability to read and interpret documents such as purchase orders, specification requirements, procedure manuals, international shipping and trade regulations, letters of credit and other correspondence. Ability to speak effectively on the phone and before groups of customers and employees.
