Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, integration, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle Financials solutions. The role requires strong functional expertise across Oracle Financials modules, business process knowledge, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Financials functional solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support Oracle Cloud ERP / Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Develop functional specifications for integrations, reports, conversions, workflows, and extensions.
• Collaborate with technical teams on Oracle integrations, interfaces, APIs, data conversions, and reporting solutions.
• Configure financial structures, ledgers, legal entities, business units, accounting rules, payment processes, and financial controls.
• Support end-to-end financial processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Fixed Assets.
• Conduct system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, training materials, and functional documentation.
• Identify system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide effective solutions.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, validation, and financial data conversion activities.
• Work with finance and accounting teams to optimize business processes and Oracle functionality.
• Provide production support and resolve functional issues within defined service levels.
• Participate in Oracle quarterly updates, release impact assessments, and system enhancements.
• Ensure Oracle Financials solutions align with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle Financials functional consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials / Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Strong experience with Oracle GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes.
• Experience with P2P, O2C, and R2R business processes.
• Experience with requirements gathering functional design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Experience working with technical teams on integrations, interfaces, reports, and data conversions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid implementation environments.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, finance teams, developers, testers, and project managers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud implementations or migrations from Oracle EBS.
• Knowledge of Oracle Financial Reporting, OTBI, BI Publisher, and related reporting tools.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with Oracle Procurement, Projects, Supply Chain, or HCM integrations.
• Oracle Financials certification is preferred.
• Experience supporting large-scale global or multi-entity Oracle ERP environments.
