About the Role:
As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for assisting the servers in delivering food and drinks to tables, clearing tables, and resetting them for the next guests. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our restaurant.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with POS systems
- Knowledge of food and beverage service
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service
Responsibilities:
- Assist servers in delivering food and drinks to tables
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist in other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
Skills:
As a Server Assistant, you will utilize your communication and teamwork skills to work closely with the servers and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. Your attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs will be crucial in providing exceptional service. Additionally, your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized dining area will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.
