Grand Rapids Harley-Davidson is looking for an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Parts-to-Service Associate to join our team.This position plays an important role in keeping our Parts and Service departments running efficiently by maintaining accurate inventory, handling incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring our Service team has the parts they need.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, check in, and organize incoming parts and merchandiseProcess outgoing shipments and returnsMaintain an organized, clean, and accurate parts inventoryPerform and assist with monthly inventory countsPull and stage parts for Service repair ordersTrack ordered and backordered partsCommunicate effectively with Service Advisors, Technicians, and the Parts teamCommunicate professionally with customers by phone and textFollow up with customers regarding parts orders and availabilityHelp maintain an organized parts room and shipping/receiving areaAssist with inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies when identifiedQualificationsParts inventory experience preferredShipping and receiving experience preferredExperience performing inventory countsStrong organizational and time-management skillsComfortable communicating with customers by phone and textBasic computer and inventory-system skillsStrong attention to detailDependable and able to work independentlyMotorcycle, powersports, automotive, or dealership experience is a plusWhat We're Looking ForWe need someone who takes ownership of their area, understands the importance of inventory accuracy, communicates well, and can keep Parts and Service moving efficiently.If you are organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced dealership environment, we'd like to hear from you.Apply today to join the team at Grand Rapids Harley-Davidson.
