Government Employment Law Counsel - MSPB/EEOC Litigation

The United States Department of Justice

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), part of The United States Department of Justice, seeks an Attorney in the Employment Law Branch to litigate labor and employment matters before MSPB, EEOC and other forums, with responsibilities for trial preparation and strategic advisory support. Locations include Washington, DC; Grand Prairie, TX; Atlanta, GA; and Phoenix, AZ. Applicants must have a J.D. and be an active member of the bar; prior employment discrimination or general litigation experience is #J-18808-Ljbffr The United States Department of Justice
