What Sets Our Attorneys Apart Flexible work arrangement : Work remotely with just 2 days per week in our Alexandria office Full home office support : We provide all necessary equipment Career growth : Marketing support to build your practice and assistance with local Bar admissions Competitive compensation : $130,000-$155,000 base salary plus performance bonuses and end-of-year bonus potential Comprehensive benefits : Healthcare (medical, dental, vision), CLE reimbursement, 401(k) after a year of employment, and bar fees covered Streamlined operations : We use the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to ensure the firm runs smoothly and efficiently, keeping everyone aligned and focused on results The Role You will directly impact clients' lives by: Representing clients in MSPB and EEO proceedings Litigating cases before the EEOC and in District Courts Leading depositions and navigating cases through summary judgment Applying expertise in Title VII, FMLA, ADA, ERISA, and FLSA The Ideal Fit You are a strategic problem-solver who: Takes initiative and thrives under pressure Works collaboratively with attorneys and other team members Excels at client counseling, guiding them through difficult workplace situations to a Phoenix moment Crafts compelling demand letters that achieve favorable pre-litigation resolutions Has a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience (federal sector experience preferred, but not required) Is comfortable working within billable hour expectations (1,700 hours annually) Virginia Bar license preferred. We will consider candidates willing to waive in. Maryland and DC Bar admissions are a plus. Labor and Employment litigation experience highly valued.
