Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in the state
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates will be considered
• Experience or strong interest in serving K-12 students
• Knowledge of IEP processes, communication disorders, and evidence-based interventions
• Strong organizational and case management skills
• Effective communicator with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to a diverse caseload (60-70 students)
• Manage case files for approximately 30 students, including IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver individualized or group sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Support district policies, compliance standards, and professional best practices
