In other words kids who will win at life! Open Position & Schedule We have an immediate need for a high-energy, hyper-organized, passionate customer service rep at our Doylestown location. This critical position must have a solid understanding of sales and a passion to help families "win at life." This person must pose a high caliber approach to organization and be a self-motivator that is hungry to meet and beat goals. Job Role + Qualifications Provides and maintains the highest level of customer service. Strong sales mentality and comfortability with outbound sales efforts Be promotional-oriented and have the ability to schedule trials with a thorough vetting process. Follow up with trials after. Works closely with the KidStrong General Manager to ensure that the staff and Center are looked after. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ensures that all front desk systems are followed such as proper Member Check-In, telephone inquiries (general and sales related), guest registration, cash handling, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, and change requests. Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor. Required to work at least two (2) weekday nights and at least one (1) weekend day. Ideally Saturday.
