About the Role

We’re looking for competitive, driven, and coachable individuals to join a fast-growing organization as a Commercial Account Executive . This is an opportunity to leverage the discipline, resilience, and leadership developed through athletics or military experience into a high-impact sales career.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n

\n
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
\n
• Drive net-new business acquisition within the SMB market
\n
• Build and manage a high-velocity sales pipeline
\n
• Conduct discovery calls, demos, pricing discussions, and negotiations
\n
• Develop relationships with clients across industries including construction, manufacturing, transportation, and energy
\n
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation teams
\n
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM activity tracking
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n

\n
• 2–5 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred)
\n
• Experience managing SMB accounts and shorter sales cycles
\n
• Strong prospecting, discovery, and closing skills
\n
• Competitive, coachable, and highly organized mindset
\n
• Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and modern sales tools
\n

Compensation

\n

\n

\n
• $75K–$85K Base Salary
\n

\n

Uncapped Commission

\n

\n
• $155K–$165K OTE
\n

\n
