Maintenance Technician

Industrial Maintenance TechnicianResponsibilitiesInstall factory and plant machinery and equipment according to technical specifications and safety standards.Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production lines to minimize downtime and maintain efficient operations.Repair and replace faulty components, parts, and assemblies on industrial machinery and support systems.Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure safe and reliable performance.Inspect machinery regularly to identify potential problems and recommend corrective actions.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment modifications.Collaborate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance and support continuous improvement of equipment performance.Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working on electrical and mechanical systems in the plant.Use appropriate tools, test equipment, and troubleshooting methods to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.Support efforts to keep the facility's machinery compliant with internal standards and regulatory requirements.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mt Sterling, KY.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
