Job Description An innovative medical device company specializing in advanced orthopedic solutions particularly for upper extremity joints such as the wrist, elbow, and shoulder is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for its Florida location. Dedicated to improving surgical outcomes and restoring patient mobility, the company develops anatomically driven, surgeon-inspired implant systems. With a strong commitment to clinical excellence and biomechanical precision, it designs and manufactures state-of-the-art implants that support complex reconstruction procedures, with a focus on restoring natural skeletal motion. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support the company’s growth, branding, and product adoption goals. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creative content development, and data-driven execution to reach and engage orthopedic surgeons, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders. Knowledge & Skills Key Duties, Activities and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to support product launches, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• Create and manage content marketing strategies including blog posts, white papers, videos, email newsletters, and case studies.
• Manage and optimize the company’s website, and oversee social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and manage digital advertising across key scientific journals, professional society websites, and other surgical-based platforms (Vu Medi, Orthobullets, etc.).
• Collaborate with clinical and product teams to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance in digital content.
• Maintain and improve the company’s digital footprint in alignment with regulatory and brand guidelines.

Work Experience, Skills and Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications a plus.
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
