Associate Attorney Personal Injury - Remote

Job Overview Job Overview: The firm seeks a highly motivated Associate Attorney for its Litigation Department in Los Angeles, CA. This remote position offers an opportunity to support senior trial attorneys on complex, high‑exposure personal injury cases, providing mentorship and hands‑on experience in litigation strategy, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy. Duties Support senior attorneys in managing catastrophic injury litigation cases. Assist with legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents. Participate in case strategy sessions, trial preparation, and client communications under senior attorney guidance. Attend and assist with depositions, mediations, hearings, and arbitrations (virtually and in‑person as needed). Coordinate with experts, medical providers, and clients to support case development. Ensure all case documentation complies with legal and firm standards. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active California Bar license. 2+ years of litigation experience in personal injury or civil litigation preferred. Strong legal writing and research skills. Prior experience with depositions, mediations, or motion work is a plus. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with senior attorneys and litigation teams. Client‑centered approach with strong interpersonal communication. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Education & Credentials Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active California Bar license. Skills Strong legal writing and research skills.
