A respected plaintiff firm in Torrance, CA is adding an experienced Associate Attorney to its litigation team. In this role, youll independently manage a steady caseload of 3040 active matters from filing through trial, supported by a skilled legal staff and collaborative leadership.

What Youll Be Doing
Take the lead on a robust docket of personal injury cases , overseeing all litigation phases from complaint to resolution.
Draft pleadings, law and motion, and settlement proposals.
Handle depositions (plaintiffs, defense, medical experts).
Participate in settlement negotiations and prepare for trial (second-chair or lead where appropriate).
Communicate with clients frequently to update on case progress and expectations.
Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure smooth file management and court readiness.
What You Bring
3+ years plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience (California-based).
JD from an accredited law school and active California Bar license .
Experience handling auto accident, premises liability, and general negligence cases.
Comfort with high caseloads and a hands-on litigation style.
Strong writing, organization, and client service skills.
Trial exposure is highly desirable but not required.

Base salary starting at $150,000+ , plus performance-based commissions .
