Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care is a leading operator of assisted living, and memory care communities in 25 locations in Illinois, Indiana, and Florida. Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the overall operations of the community in accordance with resident's needs, government regulations, and Villas of Holly Brook policies and procedures.
• Maintain excellent service quality, high occupancy, and meet the financial goals within the established budgetary guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials, state hospitals, and the general public.
• Have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual.
• Be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
• Practice and promote Villas of Holly Brook policy and procedures, mission statement.
• Computer-intermediate word and data processing, spreadsheet.
• Negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Business skills-budgeting, soft sales, marketing.
• Ability to work with all levels of employees.
• Coaching/mentoring/development.
• Complex resident relationships-persuasive, diplomatic, manage conflict.
• Experience with financial reporting and managing multiple budgets.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• 2 years management experience.
• 2 years of memory care experience required.
• Any and all licenses in good standing.
• Able to work flexible work hours due to demands of position.
• Weekends required.
