A top-producing San Antonio real estate agent completing 75+ transactions annually is seeking a full-time Licensed Executive Real Estate Assistant. This is an operational and client-support position.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities without constant supervision; personable and good on the phone. You will help keep clients, contracts, listings, appointments, and daily operations moving efficiently while providing a consistently high level of service.

Compensation:

$38,000+ commission

Responsibilities:

• Manage the agent’s calendar, appointments, deadlines, and daily priorities

• Make upwards of 50+ outgoing prospecting/follow up calls daily

• Communicate regularly with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and vendors

• Coordinate transaction details from contract through closing

• Prepare contracts, amendments, listing documents, and other real estate forms

• Monitor critical dates and ensure required documents and tasks are completed on time

• Assist with listing preparation, MLS input, marketing coordination, and showing feedback

• Maintain client records, transaction files, and CRM follow-up systems

• Schedule inspections, photography, repairs, closings, and vendor appointments

• Anticipate issues, follow through on outstanding items, and keep the agent informed

• Provide general executive and administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Texas real estate license required

• Previous real estate or transaction-coordination experience strongly preferred

• Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines

• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

• Professional, dependable, resourceful, and discreet

• Proficient with real estate contracts, technology, and digital systems

• Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends when transactions require it

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
