As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join us.
Responsibilities include:
Manage a portfolio of circa 40 client accounts, with potential for further growth depending on business needs.
Lead renewal processes and proactively look for upsell and cross sell opportunities.
Conduct daily client meetings with high profile brands, both virtually and in-person, to maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Develop and present strategic proposals and campaign plans tailored to client objectives and market trends.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless client experiences and campaign delivery.
