Member Services Associate

Front Desk/Member Services Associate Kankakee Country Club is seeking a Front Desk/Member Services Associate! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 Key Responsibilities of the Front Desk Agent: Accurately posts all charges to guests' bills. Checks all guests in and out of the resort based on established procedures. Provides accurate and complete information about the resort and the surrounding area. Answers guest questions and provide directions. Accountable for all cash, checks, and credit card receipts. Accountable for all printed folios and required supporting paperwork. Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, severe weather, or medical emergency. Assists with faxing, copying, and message-taking duties. Promptly answers the phone and directs calls to the appropriate location. Regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications for the Front Desk Agent: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Other Qualifications: Knowledge of lodging system applications.
