Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Ability to perform standard PT evaluations and develop treatment plans for adult and geriatric populations.
• Client notes indicate consideration of PT or PTA; PT candidates preferred. If submitting a PTA, must meet facility credential requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative programs, fall risk assessment, and modality use preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:30 - 16:30.
• Days per week: 5 shifts of 8 hours.
