Advise healthcare stakeholders on a wide range of corporate, transactional, regulatory, and operational matters. Significant work involving healthcare transactions, academic medicine, clinical research, and the use and commercialization of health data. Support a broad healthcare practice, including: Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance, Transactional & Corporate Matters, Contract Drafting and Negotiation, Health Data & Innovation. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility for admission) to the Florida Bar. 2-5 years of experience, or a strong demonstrated interest in healthcare law, health policy, or life sciences. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver’s license. Must be able to pass a Level I and Level II Background check as required.
