Customer Service Representative

We are a well-established insurance agency located in East Brunswick looking for a customer service representative to join our fast-paced office!This position is responsible for providing excellent service to our clients via telephone, mail, email, or in person. Our agency focus is on client satisfaction, retention and growth of new and existing customers. Insurance Representative Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented New Jersey Property and Casualty Insurance License (within 6 months of hire) Insurance Representative Responsibilities Policy management Be organized, prompt and efficient Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses Office hours: Monday to Friday- 9am to 5:30pm Job type: Full-time Salary and Benefits: Competitive compensation plan Bonuses based on performance Opportunity for advancement In office training and development 401K option for full-time employees after one year vested with Agency #J-18808-Ljbffr
