Learning Program Manager

Design and deliver innovative learning programs for employees at all levels—from entry-level associates to managers Create engaging digital learning solutions, including eLearning, virtual training, videos, learning paths, and job aids Lead large-scale in-person training events, conferences, workshops, and leadership development programs Partner with business leaders to identify learning needs and build effective training solutions Manage multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, vendors, compliance requirements, and reporting What We're Looking For: 5+ years of Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Training Program Management experience Proven success leading learning programs from strategy through execution and measurement Strong project/program management skills in a large corporate environment Experience developing digital learning content and supporting large-scale live learning events Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments and leadership levels Preferred Background: Professional Services Consulting Other highly matrixed enterprise organizations This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing learning strategy, content development, stakeholder management, and program execution while driving meaningful employee development at scale. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
