Strategy & Operations (S&O) Program Manager

Job Description:

The client is seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Strategy & Operations (S&O) Program Manager to support our Marketing AI Lab and Media Lab. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and executive decision-making, partnering closely with marketing, media, and leadership teams to translate experimentation data into clear investment and adoption recommendations.
You will act as a strategic thought partner-owning complex analyses, building structured evaluation frameworks, and shaping executive-ready narratives that influence how AI and media initiatives scale across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Analysis & Insights:

Lead deep-dive performance analyses across AI-driven marketing and media experiments.
Translate complex datasets into concise, high-impact strategic insights and recommendations.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform marketing investment decisions.

Framework & Program Development:

Design and refine structured frameworks to evaluate emerging AI marketing tools and media pilots.
Ensure alignment between experimentation outcomes and broader business objectives.
Standardize measurement approaches to support repeatable decision-making.

Program & Operational Execution:

Own end-to-end workstreams for lab initiatives, from planning through execution and readouts.
Apply an operator mindset to identify process gaps, unblock teams, and implement scalable solutions.
Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across multiple initiatives.

Executive & Stakeholder Communication:

Synthesize quantitative findings into clear, executive-ready presentations.
Distill technical and analytical outputs into actionable, non-technical business implications.
Influence senior stakeholders on budget allocation, prioritization, and strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or Strategy & Operations roles in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
Experience supporting executive-level decision-making with data-driven insights.

Core Skills:

Analytical Rigor: Advanced proficiency in Excel / Sheets; strong data modeling and problem-solving skills.
Structured Thinking: Ability to break down ambiguous, open-ended problems into logical, actionable workstreams.
Strategic Storytelling: Proven ability to translate metrics and analysis into compelling narratives for senior leaders.
Program Management: Experience managing multiple high-priority initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
