Schedule/Shift hours Clinic M-F, Call x 7days (24h)
Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
Types of Cases: Standard urology procedures in the clinic and the operating room
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
Certifications Required: Must be Board Certified; Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
Licensure Required: Must have an active state license
Expected start date: ASAP start until December 2026
Provider Type: MD/DO

Daily Shift Standard 8-hour shifts and 24-hour call
