Specialty Full Time State WA Location 1615 Delaware St, Longview, WA, 98632-2310 Requirements Start: ASAP; must have an active WA license at the time of presentation. IMLC is not accepted at this time. Fast track or urgent credentialing processes are acceptable for “Type”: APC/APP NP is ideal because they can work without a supervising physician. If the candidate is a surgical PA, they will be asked to do some rounding in the hospital and assist with surgeries; if not a surgical PA, they will work in the clinic only. Working at Medical Center and Urology Clinic 1 mile away, both Hospital and Clinic privileges are needed. Inpatient/Outpatient setting. Bed # 122. Demographics: 17. Avg. patients per day: 18. Procedures: standard urology procedures in the clinic and operating room. Required clinical activity in the last 24 months: case logs. Applicant must provide documentation of a case list showing provision of clinical services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months. Will provider work solo? If not, other providers specializing will work with them. As a PA, the provider will work with the MD/DO; if an NP, the provider will be independent. Licensed Candidate: Yes. Candidate must have a Washington state license in hand at the time of presentation. Not accepting IMLC at this time. Required certifications: Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable—BLS, ACLS, EMR—EPIC.
