The Opportunity As a Construction Project Manager , you'll take ownership of reconstruction projects from initial inspection through final completion. You'll work directly with homeowners, business owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is an ideal opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, building strong client relationships, and leading teams to success. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the reconstruction process. Perform site evaluations, review project scopes, and help secure reconstruction projects. Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines while maintaining profitability goals. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel. Monitor project progress to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes. Identify and manage change orders, project challenges, and customer expectations. Conduct project walkthroughs, complete punch-list items, and ensure customer satisfaction upon completion. Maintain clear communication with customers, office staff, leadership, and production teams. Lead jobsite safety efforts and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. What will Makes You a Great Fit 5-7 years of previous experience managing multiple construction, reconstruction, restoration, or remodeling projects. Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management. Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects while staying organized and detail-oriented. Knowledge of construction practices, permitting processes, and local building codes. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. PMP Certification is a plus. Valid Driver's License and ability to travel locally between project sites.
