We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Paralegal who thrives in a collaborative setting and enjoys being deeply involved in case preparation, research, and client support. This is a role where your contributions truly matter every single day.

Compensation & Benefits

$70,000 – $90,000 base salary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case preparation and litigation support
• Draft, proofread, and organize legal documents and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings
• Manage case files, discovery, and document production
• Coordinate deadlines, filings, and court-related documentation
• Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties as needed
• Support attorneys with trial preparation and ongoing case strategy

What We’re Looking For

• Prior paralegal or legal assistant experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
• A proactive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
