Job Description

Position Overview\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Therapist, specifically with qualifications as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, to join our team at an outpatient substance abuse treatment center. This full-time position offers remote flexibility, allowing therapists to provide critical support to clients navigating their recovery journeys from the comfort of their own workspace. The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.

About the Organization\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is a highly respected provider of substance abuse treatment services dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Our mission revolves around empowering clients to achieve and maintain recovery, promoting mental wellness, and embracing a substance-free lifestyle. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and supportive culture among our team members, ensuring everyone feels valued and heard as we work together towards shared goals.

Work Environment\n

This position operates in a remote setting, allowing for flexible scheduling to accommodate both client needs and therapist availability. You will engage with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists, all working in concert to deliver comprehensive, integrated treatment. Our practice emphasizes a safe and therapeutic environment where clients can explore their challenges and strengths openly.

Key Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse histories alongside their mental health status.
  • \n
  • Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that address not just addiction but also any underlying mental health concerns.
  • \n
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
  • \n
  • Work closely with other treatment team members, maintaining consistent communication to ensure seamless care for each client as part of an integrated treatment approach.
  • \n
  • Educate and actively involve clients’ family members in the recovery process, helping them understand substance use disorders and the healing path.
  • \n
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with both organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • \n
Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele consists of individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders, many of whom struggle with co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, or trauma-related disorders. It is imperative for the therapist to approach each client with empathy and an understanding of the complexities of addiction, tailoring treatment strategies to the unique experiences of each individual. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on clients’ lives as they navigate the challenging path to recovery.

Qualifications\n
    \n
  • Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
  • \n
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in substance abuse counseling, specifically with evidence-based practices for managing addiction and co-occurring disorders.
  • \n
  • Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills that empower clients to work towards and achieve their recovery goals.
  • \n
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and clients' families.
  • \n
Preferred Experience\n

Experience in an outpatient therapy setting is preferred, particularly within the specialization of addiction treatment. Additional certifications in trauma-informed care or family therapy methodologies will be advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will also enhance workflow efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In addition to a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually based on your experience, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off. We believe in investing in our team members, providing access to ongoing professional development resources and training opportunities specifically targeted at addiction counseling.

Career Growth Opportunities\n

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we are committed to fostering an environment for personal and professional growth. We encourage our therapists to pursue advanced certifications and specializations in addiction recovery, which can lead to advancement opportunities within the organization, including leadership roles or specialized program development. Our collaborative culture supports mentorship and peer support initiatives to help you thrive in your career.

Why Join Our Team\n

Joining Gotham Enterprises Ltd means becoming a vital part of a compassionate team dedicated to improving the lives of those struggling with addiction. If you are a licensed mental health therapist passionate about making a difference and facilitating client recovery, we would love to hear from you. We offer a supportive work environment where your contributions will be valued, and your professional growth will be nurtured.

Application Information\n

If you are ready to make a positive impact through your work, please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your qualifications and your passion for helping individuals on their recovery journey. We are looking forward to welcoming a new member to our dedicated team!
