Role Description The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA, responsible for overseeing luxury residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Day-to-day duties include coordinating schedules, subcontractors, and inspections; managing site activities to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to design specifications; and tracking project progress against milestones. The role involves maintaining project budgets, reviewing change orders, and working with vendors to secure materials and services in line with green and passive construction standards. The Construction Project Manager will regularly communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams, prepare status reports, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong project oversight skills, including Project Management and Construction Project Management.
• Experience with field operations and site leadership, including Construction Management and Project Coordination.
• Proficiency in financial planning and tracking, including Budgeting and cost control for construction projects.
• Knowledge of green building, passive home standards, and high-end residential construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects or phases concurrently.
• Familiarity with construction scheduling software and project management tools.
• Relevant education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. xhyhwjd
