AP Specialist (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

Role: Accounts Payable Specialist (Bilingual - Spanish/English) Location: Tucker, GA Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 Month Contract-Hire) Industry: Retail Compensation: $26-29/hr Vaco is partnering with a rapidly growing retail organization seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team near Tucker, GA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a manual, high-volume AP environment and brings strong analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Process a high volume of invoices (500+ invoices) with accuracy and efficiency Perform manual invoice entry and ensure proper coding and approvals Review invoices critically to identify discrepancies or errors Manage ACH payments and online banking transactions Support month-end close activities related to Accounts Payable Communicate with vendors and internal teams in both English and Spanish Maintain organized AP records and documentation Qualifications 4-5+ years of Accounts Payable experience - REQUIRED Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written) - REQUIRED Experience working in a manual processing environment Strong attention to detail and ability to review invoices critically Experience processing ACH payments and online banking transactions Proven success in high-volume AP environments Benefits Eligible for discretionary bonuses, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and 401(k) retirement plan.
