Warehouse Logistics Manager

Warehouse Logistics Manager – Apopka, FL We are hiring a Warehouse Logistics Manager to support Ryder's Supply Chain Solutions division. The role requires extensive warehouse leadership, process optimization experience, and the ability to mentor large teams within a large distribution center. Compensation & Schedule Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid twice per month. Annual Salary: $85,000 – $90,000. Annual Bonus: up to 10% of base salary. Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, 5:00 am – 5:00 pm. Responsibilities Manage all activities associated with efficient operation of accounts, including P&L responsibility, customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations, and safety. Supervise salaried and hourly employees, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs and expectations, operating the account to meet demands. Handle payroll of employees and analyze weekly/monthly P&L statements to determine account profitability, providing financial data and weekly operations reports to senior management. Manage accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing. Lead safety & security meetings, provide safety training, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Perform other duties as assigned and be available to work on a flexible schedule across various work shifts. Skills & Abilities Builds and manages effective teams. Qualifications High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred. Three (3) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry‑related field. Two (2) years or more managing and leading direct reports.
