Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Ideal candidates will have experience across pediatric and school-based environments, with the ability to provide direct services and consultation to students, staff, and families. You’ll play a vital role in early intervention, assessment, and support for speech and language development, as well as collaborate closely with instructional teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Background in pediatric and/or school-based speech-language pathology (CFY candidates encouraged to apply)
• Familiarity with healthcare SLP protocols and IEP processes
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in grades K–5
• Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative services to students with a range of speech-language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student success
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with federal, state, and district guidelines
