Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time position runs throughout the 2026-2027 academic year and offers the chance to support a diverse caseload of approximately 55 students.

Your expertise as an SLP with CCC credentials will be instrumental in helping young learners develop vital communication skills. You’ll collaborate with caring educators and families, ensuring each child receives tailored interventions that drive their progress and confidence.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• State licensure or eligibility in Arizona for SLP practice in schools
• Experience supporting elementary-aged students, ideally in a school setting
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
• Conduct group and individual therapy sessions tailored to student needs
• Maintain thorough and timely records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive school community
