Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time opportunity involves working closely with a dedicated caseload of 50 students and offers the chance to mentor and supervise SLPAs, helping to shape a collaborative speech team.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
• Prior school-based SLP experience, especially in elementary (K-5) settings
• Experience supervising or mentoring SLPAs is required
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and comprehensive evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
• Supervise and provide guidance for SLPAs, ensuring best practices and high-quality care
• Document services, maintain student records, and participate in the IEP process as needed
• Deliver therapy sessions, focusing on speech, language, articulation, and social communication
