Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding role supporting elementary students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract opportunity starts August 10th, 2026, and is located near Glendale, CA. You'll have the chance to work collaboratively with dedicated educators, make a daily impact, and manage a manageable caseload of 55 students.

Qualifications:

• Active California SLP License
• Accepted backgrounds: Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or school-based SLP experience
• Familiarity with elementary-age populations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to a caseload of elementary students, focusing on individualized educational needs
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, maintain accurate records, and provide ongoing progress monitoring
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure students’ growth
• Utilize evidence-based practices and stay current with state and federal special education guidelines
• Offer support and guidance to parents and staff regarding speech-language development and strategies
• Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive school environment

This full-time, 5-day per week contract offers up to 40 hours weekly, providing a stable schedule through the school year. The compensation for this role ranges from $55 to $60 per hour and is paid weekly.
